Maddilynn, originally from Vermillion, loves South Dakota and all it has to offer. She lives for the people, nature, and cute little towns. She graduated from the University of South Dakota with degrees in media and journalism, strategic communication, and communication studies. For three consecutive summers, she worked as a naturalist intern at Adams Homestead and Nature Preserve where her love for nature was exemplified. When she’s not outside, she can be found having fun with friends and family, reading, writing, doing yoga or creating art (including social media posts). “Stay gold” is her motto.
